This waiver basically legally documents the shoot for your and my legal protection.

If it's an off-con shoot, your approximate location

So we can arrange transportation/meeting spot and also look at our options for locations to shoot at that's reasonable distance-wise for both of us.

Artistic Direction/"Portfolio"

A link to your cosplay "portfolio" is REQUIRED for consideration(ACP/cosplay.com/cure/LJ/FB). Also reference shots of your cosplay. Just so we have something to brainstorm on =)

Optional Purchasable Full Resolution Digital Files

For $8, you can receive the fully processed full-resolution JPG for your portfolio needs. Simply send an email with the picture link and photographic proof it is you.

* Maximum of TWO shoots/day & THREE shoots total. Beyond the first request, all other requests will be reviewed depending on the conditions of the convention, weather, photographer's discretion, fairness to other cosplayers signing up, and other factors and may not be granted. In case of personal emergencies, acts of god, or other extreme unpredictable circumstances, the photoshoot may be subject to re-scheduling or cancelling. Thank you for your understanding.
